StudyLink Connect revamps Partner APIs

SaaS company StudyLink Connect has revealed an updated partner portal that it says will make student applications “easier and faster” to submit and manage for agents and education providers, ensuring a “best fit” for students.

The recently launched Recruitment Partner APIs will mean agents and recruitment partners spend less time rekeying data, system switching and uploading documents multiple times across different systems, StudyLink Connect said. Photo: pexels

Improving the process and working relationship between agent, education provider and student.

The latest “transparent, connected dashboard” for admissions teams will allow for improved management and quality of the growing number of student applications, alongside improved structured data and management systems, it said.

It allows for increased levels of accepted student applications, enabling education providers to make more “informed decisions” based on the quality of required information and data, the service provider stated.

Jason Howard, CEO of StudyLink Connect, said the company recognises the value of data when delivered to the right people at the relevant time of the application process.

“We’re committed to helping providers gather and manage this data effectively and distributing it in ways that are easy for their recruitment partners to access and use,” said Howard.

Recruitment Partner APIs “provides international education agents one convenient portal for submitting and managing student applications to multiple providers”, improving the process and working relationship between agent, education provider and student.

“This API integration will accelerate admission processing and lead to improved efficiency, security and privacy”

Elain Starkey, CEO of Global Study Partners, said “it’s a win-win outcome for the international education industry as a whole”.

“This API integration will accelerate admission processing and lead to improved efficiency, security and privacy,” she said.

The “seamless” connection between education provider and agent “enables a freer flow of information and data without forcing either side to sort connections between each other”, an issue which StudyLink Connect aims to resolve by situating itself in the middle.

The arrangement promises more time being spent on “counselling, qualification, compliance and conversion activity” ensuring that only “quality and qualified applicants need to be assessed” by admissions.

Since its establishment 30 years ago, the Australian SaaS company has become a “leading, cloud-based student admission solution” used by most universities in Australia, and a preferred solution for agents, boasting of being used by over 15,000 agents worldwide.
